Terms of Service

1. Account setup / email on file

We set up your account after payment is received and screened for fraud. Provide an email address that is not hosted on the domain(s) you are registering. Abuse and operational notices go to the primary email on file — keep it current. You are responsible for accurate domain WHOIS/contact data. MRM Solution LLC is not responsible for a lapsed registration caused by outdated contacts. False contact information may result in termination.

2. Satisfaction guarantee

30-day guarantee (web hosting only). If you are unhappy during the first 30 days of web hosting, request cancellation in writing by email or the client-area cancellation form, with a detailed reason. We decide whether the reason is valid and whether reasonable cure steps were taken. No refund if the account was suspended for a terms violation, or if you previously cancelled then agreed to continue on the same term.

3. New accounts (fraud checks)

New hosting is not always instant. A team member may activate the order after a security check. You will receive emails with login details after activation. Mail or ISP issues can delay those messages.

4. Transfers

Migrations are a courtesy. We cannot guarantee that every platform, proprietary backup, or timeline will work. Free transfer help is available for 30 days from signup; later migrations may be quoted separately.

5. Payments

Services are prepaid. Cards are processed via Stripe; manual bank transfers are also accepted. Renewal notices are emailed around the due date. Accounts 7 days past due may be disabled. Accounts 15 days past due may require a $15.00 USD restore fee. See payment methods.

6. Cancellations

Cancel via sales email or the client area. We are not responsible for overdraft fees if a processor or third party continues a charge after you cancel. If a renewal invoice is overdue, it must be paid before the service can be reactivated for backups.

7. Overage

We do not automatically charge extra for resources. Keep cPanel/contact email current so you receive usage warnings (for example bandwidth at 80%). If limits are exceeded and you do not upgrade, the site may suspend.

8. Refunds

Hosting includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If we fail to deliver the paid hosting service, a 100% refund is issued. No refund if abuse of these terms forces suspension or termination.

• Domains are not refundable.
• Web hosting refunds apply to monthly, semiannual and annual payments when approved.
• Terms violations waive the refund policy.

9. Delivery

After payment is confirmed, our billing system typically creates the hosting account and emails access details. If payment cleared but you have no service, contact 24×7 support on WhatsApp +92-316-6146261 or open a ticket.

10. Acceptable use & content

Services may only be used for lawful purposes. United States law applies. You indemnify MRM Solution LLC against claims arising from your use of the service. Copyright and trademark infringement, including unauthorized media or counterfeit goods, is prohibited and may result in immediate removal or termination.

Shared servers may not be used as generic backup/storage dumps (one cPanel backup of the same account is allowed). Prohibited material includes, without limitation: warez/piracy, brute-force tools, spam/mail bombs, proxy anonymizers, phishing or fraud, HYIP/ponzi/MLM schemes, unlicensed controlled-substance sales, hate or harassment content, and sites that harm minors. Child sexual abuse material is strictly forbidden and will be reported to law enforcement.

Systems may be monitored for security and operations. Unauthorized access to third-party networks is grounds for suspension. Respond to abuse email within 48 hours. We may refuse service and remove material that in our judgment is illegal, threatening, or otherwise in violation of these terms.

You must keep scripts secure and use strong passwords. Compromised credentials remain your responsibility.

11. Liability

MRM Solution LLC does not endorse customer services and is not liable for disputes involving customer sites. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. We act on content issues when they are reported to us.
